Festivals

We have organised numerous festivals on behalf of the Christchurch City Council, cultural and commercial organisations. We can:

• Develop a balanced programme of events
• Utilise our knowledge of local government systems and processes
• Create a strategy for marketing your festival to specific groups or the greater community
• Work under a trust board's governance to ensure your goals are reached
• Work within your budget, drawing on community resources where possible
• Work to secure sponsorship for your festival
• Use our experience to apply for community funding for your festival
• Develop and train your volunteer team.
